Freight & Delivery Policy

The shipping of all Easydry products is available throughout Ireland and Europe. We can only ship to a valid street address.  We cannot dispatch Easydry consignments to PO BOX numbers (excluding sample packs).

All orders are generally processed & dispatched within 3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time from our warehouse to your door is between 1-4 working days depending on the location it is being shipped to.  Your order will be delivered by our courier on normal working days between 8:00am and 6:00pm. As a signature is required upon delivery of your order, YOU WILL NEED TO BE AVAILABLE to receive the delivery.  If additional delivery attempts are required additional charges may be applicable.

Refund Policy

At Easydry we are committed to providing high quality products and service. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, this refund policy explains when we will give a refund.

We ask that you please choose carefully before making your purchase, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund or exchange if the goods you purchased:

• Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase;
• Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;
• Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase; and/or

You are not entitled to a refund if you:

• Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
• Realise you can't afford the goods;
• Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
• Chose the wrong size or colour;
• Knew about the particular fault prior to purchase; and/or
• Were responsible for causing the fault.

If you are entitled to a refund, you can choose between a refund, exchange or we may attempt to correct the problem for you.
